Equipped with the 2.0GHz Octa-core optimized chipset, Android 9.0 operating system, 8G memory and 256G large storagememories, X- 431 PAD VII makes your intelligent diagnosis faster than ever.  The precision-machined outer shell is designed to work against workshop hazards such as water and dust damage and in compliance with IP65.

The X-431 PAD VII uses a high-capacity (about 19,000 mAh) and high power battery to ensure a longer battery life but a shorter charging time. Launch X431 X-PROG 3 advanced immobilizer & key programmer is a powerful chip reading device that can read/write keys to the vehicle. Compatible with X-431 series diagnostic scanners, X-PROG 3 enables Anti-theft type identification, Remote control matching, Key chip reading & matching, anti-theft password reading and anti-theft component replacement. 

Additionally, the X-PROG 3 is compatible to work with Launch scan tools to perform key and chip programming, such as the X-431 V, X-431 V+, X-431 Pad V, and more models.
